We ensure authenticity of our products and provide accurate information such as description, variants, options and images. However, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, non-fulfillment of payment within 48 hours, inaccuracies in pricing, or any other order issues.

Payment Process
 

Payment must be received before the order is processed. We accept the following payment methods:

• E-wallet via Gcash or Maya

• Bank Transfer via BPI

• Cash on Delivery via partner courier

• Credit Card Payment is available upon request. A charge of 3% + P15.00 apply per transaction.

Shipping & Delivery
 

We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Delivery period may vary based on location:

• Metro Manila and GMA: 1 to 2 Business Days

• Luzon: 3 to 5 business days

• Vis/Min: 5 to 7 business days

 

Notes: 

• Tracking Number will be provided to monitor the status of delivery. However, any delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control

• Same day delivery will be arranged upon confirmation of payment.

Returns & Refunds
 

Our return policy allows you to return items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. However, customers must process the return of the item with good packaging and ensure the item is  in good condition.

 

Notes: 

• Change of mind reason is not valid for return.

• Any damage caused by mishandling is not subject to refund.
